English language learners are a diverse population of students that present unique challenges to educators. ELL’s require different instructional strategies and assessment methods than traditional students. CEPA research includes what effects different instructional methods have on ELLs, how cultural differences and attitudes affect ELLs, the effectiveness of ELL programs, and other questions of importance to educators and policymakers.
