This map presents Empiricall Bayes estimates of district level changes in average achievement across grades. An estimate of 1 means that students in the district are increasing by 1 grade equivalent unit per grade. Estimates below 1 mean that students in the district are increasing in achievement less than one grade level per year, and estimates greater than 1 indicate that students in the district are increasing in achievement greater than one grade level per year.
