Industrial Civil Engineer and Master in Applied Economics from the University of Chile. Master in Comparative International Education and Doctorate in Social Sciences, Humanities and Interdisciplinary Studies of Educational Policy from Stanford University (USA).
He served in various technical positions within the Ministry of Education, among which he stands out as an advisor to the Undersecretariat of Education and the ministerial cabinet. In addition, he has participated as a volunteer in various initiatives in vulnerable contexts.
