4-year Fellows: PhD students in the program will receive an annual stipend of $30,000, plus tuition, and supplemental funds for research expenses and conference travel, for up to four years.
2-year Fellows: PhD students in the program will receive an annual stipend of $30,000, plus tuition, and supplemental funds for research expenses and conference travel, for up to two years.
For both two- and four-year Fellows, the stipend and tuition will be provided partly by the Training Program, and partly by other sources, including faculty grants or the Fellow’s School or Department. Funding after Summer 2021 is contingent on renewal of the Training Program Award from IES. Participation in the program is via application.
