Roman Larson

Roman (romanlarson@stanford.edu) is an undergraduate student studying Public Policy of Education and is an undergraduate research assistant at the Center for Education Policy Analysis working with Professor Thomas Dee. Prior to coming to Stanford, he founded a non-profit education service company in Wisconsin. The organization, Dimensions Learning Inc., offers structured after-school tutoring programs, summer school classes for students transitioning to high school, and private tutoring sessions. Combining his interests in education with politics, he ran in a seven-person race for school board in his former school district as Governor Scott Walker’s landmark Act 10 legislation took hold. Roman’s interests include education administration, the politics of education, education law, and quantitative analysis of education policies.
