Project Overview

The aim of this partnership is to explore relevant questions and actionable answers in broad-access postsecondary education. The collaboration between CEPA researchers and the Foothill-De Anza California Community College District (FHDA) offers a unique opportunity for policy makers and policy researchers to draw on FHDA administrators’ rich understanding of the benefits their colleges provide and the challenges their students face, and for faculty and administrators at FHDA and beyond to gain from CEPA's research capacity. Based on the priorities of FHDA and current research in higher education, the partnership is exploring multiple topics, including digital learning, major choice, and student course-taking patterns.
